Today’s Kenworth trucks are built at three assembly plants across North America in Renton, Washington; Chillicothe, Ohio; and Ste. Therese, Quebec. These trucks are available with PACCAR MX-13 engines that are assembled at the PACCAR Engine Company plant in Columbus, Mississippi.

To this day, Kenworth trucks are still custom-built from the ground up to match your company’s specific needs, your loads and your lifestyle. That’s why, after all these years, the Kenworth T880 is still the driver’s truck.

Kenworth’s two newest models, the T680 and T880 are made with the same care that the company’s first trucks were built. Kenworth’s state-of-the-art plant in Renton has achieved numerous accolades over the years, being named one of America’s Elite Factories by Fortune magazine in 2000 and Assembly Magazine’s inaugural “Assembly Plant of the Year Award” in 2004.

The Renton, Washington plant holds ISO 14001:2004 environmental management systems certification, and numerous Best Workplace for Waste Prevention and Recycling Awards from its local county.
