Monroe Truck Equipment, Inc., was established in 1958. This makes the company relatively young in the industry when compared to some others. However, Monroe Truck has grown rapidly and become one of the largest in the industry because of the company’s hands-on management style, flexibility, sense of urgency, and willingness to listen and react to our customers.

Monroe distributes, installs and paints truck equipment and pickup truck accessories, in addition to manufacturing a complete line of Snow & Ice Control equipment.

Headquartered in Monroe, Wisconsin, Monroe Truck has six other locations in DePere and Marshfield, Wisconsin; Joliet, Illinois; Flint, Michigan; Louisville, Kentucky; and Litchfield, Minnesota. The main facility in Monroe was built in 1989 and has 350,000 square feet of manufacturing space. Overall, Monroe processes more than 18,000 trucks per year.
